- Support the sales team in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Assist in advising and selling technically sophisticated products and systems
- Independent maintenance and administration of databases and price lists
- Processing customer inquiries and support in daily operational business
- Preparation of negotiations on technical and commercial customer requirements
- Support in creating price agreements, offers and contracts
- Participation in strategic and medium-term sales and revenue planning
- Creation of customer, market and product presentations
- Preparation of reports, analyses and decision-making documents
- Collaboration with internal interfaces such as sales, product management and finance
What you need
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or comparable
- Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
- Ideally first practical experience in sales, customer management or project management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and internal contacts
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
