Support of the Global Mobility team in daily operational business (e.g., creation of secondment contracts), Assistance in calculation of compensation packages for expats, Support in digitalization of group-wide processes and workflows in Global Mobility, Analysis of existing processes and development of improvement proposals, Participation in revision of existing Global Mobility Policies, Creation of documentation and presentations

Studies in economics, business psychology, or comparable, Interest in international HR topics, Very good German and English skills in word and writing, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Interest in working with AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT or Copilot), first experiences an advantage, Friendly demeanor, teamwork skills, and very good communication skills
