Working Student in Strategic IT Purchasing (m/f/d)

Support with international tenders and projects (data collection, stakeholder identification, documentation). Collaboration on the creation of commodity group strategies. Participation in supplier meetings and negotiations. Creation and preparation of data for procurement projects. Continuous further development of optimization potentials (in particular development and maintenance of Co-Pilot agents and SharePoint pages). Contract management. Preparation of supplier information. Preparation of meetings, writing of minutes and evaluation of feedback. Support in supplier management and follow-up of projects.

Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or comparable (Bachelor or Master). Very good German and English skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Initial knowledge in creating AI agents (preferably in MS Co-Pilot). Intellectual curiosity, passion and will to succeed. Positive energy and willingness to take responsibility within projects. Independent working style and communication skills.
