Working Student Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

Support in the Compensation & Benefits department for compensation, ESG, and benefits topics with the following tasks:

• Creation of analyses
• Support with various projects
• Preparation and creation of presentations
• Collaboration on cross-departmental topics in the area of Total Rewards

• Ongoing studies in business informatics or economics with a focus on HR, international management and/or organizational management or comparable fields
• Knowledge in data analysis, AI, and programming
• Strong affinity for numbers
• Proficient in common IT systems
• Very good written and spoken English skills, and additional foreign language skills are a plus
• Basic understanding of organizational and business administration principles
