What you will do

  • Support of operational IT processes at the Düsseldorf site and optimal support of the business
  • Contact person for end-users on operational questions regarding site IT, such as end-user support, troubleshooting, hardware management and configuration, media technology
  • Collaboration with external IT service providers and internal IT Service Delivery Teams to maintain stable IT operations
  • Participation in local and global projects and ensuring timely implementation within the area of responsibility

What you need

  • Studies with a focus on information technology or a related technical field
  • You have a strong technical understanding and a great interest in current trends and new technologies.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are available for at least nine months as a working student
  • You are characterized by an independent, results-oriented and punctual way of working.
