What you will do

  • Supporting the team in creating and designing information materials around digital tools such as the internal Everyday AI solution
  • Preparing and implementing communication and information measures to promote the use of digital tools within the company
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of info sessions or workshops on topics such as GenAI or prompting
  • Evaluating user feedback and contributing to the target group-oriented further development of materials and offerings
  • Proficient in Office programs and developing suitable content by empathizing with various target groups

What you need

  • Enrollment in a degree program with an interest in digitalization, generative AI, communication, or related topics
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and creativity
  • Proficient in common standard office software for clear presentation of complex issues
  • Active participation in shaping events beyond supportive tasks
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathy in dealing with others
