• Support with market and competitor analyses in HR
• Research and data preparation on labor market developments and HR-relevant topics
• Monitoring of trends
• Creation of presentations

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resources or similar
• Interest in benchmarking and AI-supported solutions
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good understanding of data and correlations
• Independent, diligent, and proactive work style
• High degree of reliability and teamwork skills
