Working Student (m/f/d) - IT Coordination

Contribute to further development of our partner database and its process harmonization in our CRM system. Contribute to development of AI-supported use cases for sales topics. Support analysis of requirements from sales and their structured preparation. Support functional testing. Support requirements management (user stories, test scenarios, acceptance documentation). Participate in projects in the sales IT environment – from conception to implementation. Creation, documentation, and prioritization of technical requirements. Creation of presentations, evaluations, and decision templates.

Enrollment in business informatics, business administration with a focus on information technology, or similar. Interest in digital business models and sales processes. Initial experience in project management, requirements management, or digital environment desirable. Analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Strong communication skills and enjoyment collaborating with various departments in an agile project team. Team spirit and enthusiasm for genuine collaboration. Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1).
