You are studying business, social sciences, communication, or humanities or a comparable degree program. You are interested in change processes, communication, and organizational development. You think along, ask the right questions, and look for pragmatic solutions. You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner. You enjoy inspiring people and presenting complex topics in an understandable way.
