What you'll do
You participate in the planning and organization of team events – from summer party to joint workations to Christmas party. You help with arising tasks such as hardware and office orders. You support in identifying optimization potentials and simplifying internal processes through suitable tools and ideas. You support in the preparation and coordination of contracts and keep important processes and deadlines in view. You take care of our offices together with the team and help to strengthen our office culture in Cologne through suitable on-site formats. You help with various projects and contribute to the strategic and operational development of the company.
What you need
You are an enrolled student and want to gain practical experience in office and team management. You are a team player, like to communicate and have a good sense for interpersonal relationships. You enjoy organizing tasks and planning internal events. You work carefully, independently and keep an overview even with multiple tasks. You are interested in numbers, budgets and organizational processes; first experiences in controlling are a plus. You bring in your own ideas and enjoy taking responsibility. You communicate confidently and bindingly in German and English with various internal and external contact persons.
