Working Student Project Management Construction (f/m/d)

WHAT YOU DO

• Support on-site project management in monitoring construction execution and compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the schedule and monitoring milestones.
• Manage and administer plans, minutes, and approvals (capture, sorting, distribution).
• Prepare, attend, and document meetings such as construction meetings and jour-fixe.
• Assist with invoice verification and cost tracking in close cooperation with the project manager.
• Create presentations and decision templates for project management and executive board.
• Conduct construction site inspections to record progress and document defects.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering.
• You have a basic understanding of construction processes, VOB/HOAI, and the role of project control.
• You are able to read and interpret construction plans and bills of quantities confidently.
• Organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities.
• You are willing to travel for construction site visits as required.
