Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

For our central department in Düsseldorf, we are looking for committed working students (m/f/d) who will use creativity and empathy to find the right candidates (m/f/d) for Rheinmetall. As part of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

• Supporting the recruiting teams in day-to-day operations
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Independent review and evaluation of application documents within our applicant management system
• Conducting telephone pre-checks
• Direct exchange with applicants and internal departments
• Supporting project tasks in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration or a comparable field - ideally with a specialization in Human Resources
• Initial practical experience through previous internships is an advantage
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Meticulous and structured way of working
