Working Student (f/m/d)

Insight into energy trading and a dynamic international environment through small sub-projects; support in business analyses and preparation of PowerPoint presentations on selected topics; member of project teams working on business opportunities and preparing them for the operational phase; planning of trips, events, team meetings, interviews and other appointments as well as processing of travel expense reports and invoices; office management, e.g. room bookings and other ad-hoc support for senior managers; presence in the Düsseldorf office at least 2 days per week.

Enrollment at a university in the Düsseldorf area for at least 6 more months (preferably 12 months); motivation and interest in administrative tasks in a commercial environment; well-organized and structured way of working, ideally with first work experience; experience working in project teams; knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook and PowerPoint, SAP experience a plus; fluent German and English skills.
