- Assist with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and Teams channels for the respective projects and products
- Expand and maintain the Book of Standards in SharePoint, Jira, Confluence and the intranet for programmes using templates and processes
- Support general Project Management Office activities
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports
- Create presentations and translations
What you need
- Students, including those in a gap year, studying business informatics, business administration, project management or comparable degree programmes
- Good to very good academic performance
- Good to very good MS Office skills
- Creativity and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills and confident manner
- Independent working style and initiative
- German language level C1
- English language level B2
