What you'll do

This is not about "pushing Excel lists", but you gradually take on your own responsibility and dive deep into the project business. Together with the project management you take care of tracking and processing schedules, review incoming error reports, test yourself "hands on" and are thus the proxy between our developers and customers with whom you are in close contact. You use our tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce and Slack.

During the week you have about 20 hours to support our team (during lecture-free period possibly up to 40 hours). For us it counts that you enjoy technical topics and complexity does not deter you. You should be communicatively strong, quickly grasp new topics and be able to listen actively. You are willing to be regularly present in our office in Hanover. If you work clearly and structured, speak fluent German, are confident in English and maybe even know another foreign language – jackpot!
