Define and standardize services: You translate operational activities and customer needs into clearly structured service packages (service descriptions, deliverables, scopes, out-of-scope definitions and SLAs). Shape pricing & profitability: In close cooperation with our finance and controlling colleagues you support the development of pragmatic pricing concepts, cost calculations and billing models for our new service packages. Manage interfaces: You coordinate closely with customer managers, product owners, finance and technical experts, obtain input, question requirements and combine commercial and technical perspectives. Bring services to life: You develop customer- and sales-ready documents (one-pagers, slide decks, specifications, price tables) and help anchor the services successfully in the organization. Work AI-supported: You actively use state-of-the-art generative AI tools in your daily work to efficiently draft, refine and prepare documentation, service descriptions and presentations. Build knowledge base & enablement: You maintain and structure our service and pricing documentation in Confluence and create guidelines and templates for our customer-facing teams. Bring market & customer perspective: You look at our offerings with a "customer lens": Where do we create the greatest benefit? How do we clearly and economically separate service, maintenance and standard product?
