HR Specialisation – Proof of having completed undergraduate modules in Human Resource Management, Organisational Design and Behaviour, and Labour Law which amount to at least 15 ECTS credit points as part of the Bachelor’s degree

Strategic Management Specialisation – Proof of having completed undergraduate modules in Strategic Management, Financial and Managerial Accounting, and Operations Management (or equivalent topics) which amount toat least 15 ECTS credit points as part of the Bachelor’s degree

Excellent English skills equivalent to at least B2+ on the CEFR (Common European Framework of References): proof of a standardised test with all areas at a high B2 level minimum (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, PTE Academic, Cambridge English Scale, Oxford Test of English, UNIcert II).

You should have the following documents ready to upload when you start your application:

University degree (in case you haven't received your bachelor certificate until the application deadline has passed, please enclose a transcript of records and a letter from your university stating when you will receive the final certificate and stating your overall average grade from your studies so far)

Transcript of Record (please mark required relevant modules with grades and credit points)

Proof of work experience in the field of studies only if you have worked for at least one year in the field of studies (showing the content and period of employment)

Proof of English proficiency (high B2 level). If you submit a GMAT, no further proof of English is required.

A GMAT/ GMAT Focus with a score above 600 points – only if applicable; with a GMAT/GMAT Focus no extra English proof has to be submitted

Motivation letter (in English, not more than one page)
