university degree in the Bachelor's degree program “Jazz (Vocal/Instrumental)” at the Jazz-Institut Berlin, in the Bachelor's degree program “Jazz (Composition/Arrangement)” at another university of music in Germany or abroad or in a comparable degree program of at least six semesters at a university of music in Germany or abroad

• a special artistic talent for this course of study
• English language at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

1. Register and verify yourself (if you have not already done so in the past) in the Campus Management Portal of the UdK Berlin: [https://my.udk-berlin.de](https://my.udk-berlin.de/qisser...)

3. Log in to the Campus Management Portal (https://my.udk-berlin.de) and submit an application for admission to the desired degree programme there by the application deadline.

4. Attach the following documents to the application for admission:

5. ● Detailed CV in tabular form (presentation of personal, artistic and professional career) including any certificates of relevant activities in the field of the degree programme

6. ● Certificate of university graduation or - if this is not yet available - a certificate of completed and outstanding achievements (information for an application with a foreign university degree can be found below)

7. ● Bank statement as proof of payment of the fee of € 30 for processing the application (in case of transfer from abroad proof of payment) or turnover view (in case of online banking). Other proofs/receipts (such as transfer orders) are not accepted.

By the application deadline, upload a digital documentation of compositional works and arrangements (work samples; duration: 10 to 15 minutes) to the [bemus ](https://bemus.udk-berlin.de/)platform: three of your own works, compositions or arrangements from the field of jazz in any instrumentation (larger instrumentations desired) plus accompanying recordings (computer playback also possible).

€ 75 for the first application, € 30 for each additional; also the university charges € 30 for participation in the admission procedure
