1. A scan in the original language of your secondary school transcript of records including courses taken and grades/marks awarded

2. A scan in the original language of documentation showing that you have passed the university entrance examination in your home country (if required in your home country)

3. A scan in the original language of academic transcripts of records from other universities/post-secondary study programmes, including courses taken and grades/marks awarded, as well as any degree certificates (e.g. Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees)

4. A scan of official translations into German or English of all the above documents (only if the original documents are in a language other than German, English, French or Spanish)

5. A scan of proof of required language proficiency

6. Curriculum Vitae

7. Motivation letter

8. All scans must be in pdf format and must not exceed 3 MB. Otherwise they cannot be uploaded.

• One-page curriculum vitae in tabular format including one passport photo (4cm x 5cm)
• Proof of English language proficiency
• If required, proof of German language proficiency
• Secondary school-leaving certificate
• First-degree certificate stating academic title attained
• Transcript of records for first degree with full listing of all subjects studied and grades

attained therein (incl. explanation of awarding university’s grading system).
