International Management & Information Systems (IMIS)

The study programme is NC-free, which means that there are no admission restrictions. Only the following points need to be proven.\*

• 210 ECTS from previous Bachelor’s or Master’s study programs, of which at least 180 credits must be from a completed Bachelor’s study course in Business, Business Informatics, Economics or similar field of study with a cumulative grade of at least equal to the German grade “Good” (2.5) or the relative ECTS grade A or B.
• Proof of language qualification: current TOEFL score of at least 575 (paper-based), 232 (computer-based), 91 (internet based); IELTS Academic band 6.5 (minimum band of 6.0 is required for reading and writing).
• Applicants who have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree course taught entirely in English at a recognised German university are exempt from providing proof of English language proficiency.
• Applicants who obtained their general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom or the United States are also exempt from providing proof of English proficiency.
• ALL OTHER STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR PROOF OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY AS INDICATED IN OUR REQUIREMENTS.
