About the programme

Master Transformation, officially titled Management of Business Transformation, is a continuing education MBA at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS); the page expects the next start in March 2028. It is for people who want to help shape change in business, society and technology, covering personal development, the skills to transform organisations, and taking part in global transformation such as digitalisation, sustainability and social change. Interdisciplinary content and real projects prepare you for these challenges, and small groups allow personal support. The programme is modular, so you can first take single modules and have them fully credited if you later join the full Master's. With its international and interdisciplinary focus and a network of companies, organisations and partner universities, it qualifies you for specialist and leadership roles, for founding a business, or for work in consulting.
