Additional requirements for the application:

• If your Bachelor's degree has a volume of 210 ECTS and a grade of 2.0 or better according to the German grading system, you will be given preferential admission to the program
• If your Bachelor's degree comprises 180 ECTS credits and a grade of 2.5 or better according to the German grading system, you must demonstrate further special aptitude for our degree program by fulfilling several of the conditions listed below (the more, the better):
• A current [TestAS test](https://www.testas.de/en/index_en.htm) certification (excluding citizens or university graduates from the European Union) with a score of 111 in at least one of the three sections and at least 101 in the other two sections. Please note that you must organize the TestAS test yourself.
• Graduation from a partner university of the University of Wismar
• a formal vocational training of at least three years in a field relevant to international management
• At least 6 months of international experience through a stay abroad as an exchange student during the bachelor's degree or as a full-time employee after completing the degree
• Granting of recognized scholarships
• at least 3 months of voluntary (non-commercial) work with a reputable charitable or other non-profit organization
• Language skills at EU level A2 or higher in one of the following foreign languages (languages not used officially in your home country do not count):
• Hindu
• Japanese
• Standard Cantonese
• Korean
• Modern Standard Chinese
• Russian
• any official language of the European Union (except English)

Once you understand and meet the mandatory and additional requirements, you can begin collecting your evidence and certifications or preparing them, for example, by taking the required language tests.
