What you will do

Development of production technologies for soldering, welding, bonding, and potting processes
Qualification of manufacturing processes
Organization, planning, independent execution, and evaluation of measurement series as part of investigations into materials and process parameters
Construction of measuring fixtures
Optimization of measurement methods and test procedures
Recording, evaluation, and graphical presentation of measurement data
Conducting stress and strain measurements
Tests and capability studies for manufacturing processes
Construction of prototype devices
Analysis of manufacturing problems and implementation of corrective actions

You are studying mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, or a comparable field of study, giving you a basic understanding of our area of work
You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of common programs
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for us
You are highly committed, show a great deal of initiative, learn quickly, and can get excited about many topics
Creativity comes naturally to you and helps you find unconventional solutions
You are independent, goal-oriented, and structured, and know how to work effectively without losing track
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are particularly important to us because we always have to work together on solutions
