Support the team in guiding and implementing transformation and change processes
Support tasks in labor law and workplace attendance and reintegration management, including taking part in employee meetings
Gain insight into leadership as well as planning and control as part of a multifunctional expert team, and support related tasks
Support various HR projects, especially the digitalization of HR processes
Support the team's daily operations, for example through analytical evaluations, and take part in team meetings and information events

Studies in business administration, business informatics, business psychology or a comparable degree program
First practical experience in human resources an advantage
Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Confident use of common AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot) for text and process optimization
Analytical skills and experience in structured evaluation and interpretation of data, ideally in SAP systems
Strong organizational talent, high initiative, teamwork and communication skills, and a class B driver's license
Fluent German and English skills
