What you will do

Contributing to the further development and optimization of digital processes
Supporting project management from planning through implementation
Taking on independent work packages in ongoing projects
Creating presentations, concepts and communication materials
Conducting interviews with stakeholders, project members or focus groups
Preparing and conducting workshops, such as design thinking and process analyses

You are studying business information systems, computer science, digital business management, industrial engineering or a comparable course with a focus on digitalization, technology, processes or project management
You are interested in digitalization, process optimization, automation and the use of AI in a corporate environment
Initial experience with AI assistants such as M365 Copilot or Claude, AI agents, low-code platforms or other digital solutions is an advantage
Ideally, you have already had exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate or the conception and design of user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX)
You have very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken, are important to us
You are communicative, proactive and confident in your manner
An independent and responsible way of working is particularly important to us
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and problems, structure requirements together with various departments and develop digital solutions from them
You independently drive digitalization projects forward and reliably complete your tasks
You approach topics analytically and in a solution-oriented manner, enjoy communicating with different departments and contribute your own ideas
