What you will do

Supporting the organization of training in soft skills and leadership, including an introductory event for new managers. This includes participant management, room bookings, catering and equipment orders, visitor registration, documentation and evaluation
Administering training courses in the Learning Management Solution (mySuccess)
Being responsible for internal marketing activities for the HR training portfolio, including blog posts and site monitors
Supporting and advising on individual inquiries about training and development measures for managers and employees
Communicating with internal and external education partners
Participating in projects and sub-projects within the local HR organization

You are studying business administration, business psychology, communications or a comparable field
You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of the common programs
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for us
You show a willingness to change and openness to agile working and proactive communication
Teamwork, planning skills, reliability, and a structured and independent way of working
You enjoy working with colleagues from the wider department and with internal stakeholders
