- Value Management: project management, cost reduction initiative
- Moderating coordination meetings with development projects
- Supporting special topics within the segment
- Coordinating planning tasks across different locations and departments
- Preparing and presenting work results in English using MS Office
- Actively planning and preparing the content of workshops
- Recruiting and onboarding the successor intern
What you need
- You are studying industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- You should be familiar with MS Office and have very good knowledge of the common programs
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are absolutely necessary for us
- High level of commitment, plenty of initiative and a quick grasp of new concepts
- Creativity and the ability to find unconventional solutions
- Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Very well-developed communication and teamwork skills
