Tuition fees may apply for non-EU students

Bavaria has allowed its public universities to charge non-EU and non-EEA students tuition since the 2024/25 winter semester, and each one decides whether to charge and sets its own amount (for example, TU Munich charges 4,000 to 6,000 EUR per semester for Master's).
