What you get free
Everything below is free for every signed-in user. No payment step anywhere.
Two full mock tests in the official timing and order
All three Core Module subtests and the General Academic Module, timed exactly like the real exam.
Unlimited Core practice questions
Core practice creates new questions for every run, so those never repeat. Academic practice uses our authored text bank, and we add new texts over time. Every answer gets instant feedback.
Honest scoring
You see exactly what you got right in each section. No invented score, no fake percentile.
The official timing and order
The official dMAT has a Core Module with three subtests and a separate Subject Module. Indian APS applicants take the General Academic Module as that Subject Module. Our mock tests follow this order and timing.

Is the dMAT mock test free?
Yes. MS in Germany gives every signed-in user two full mock tests with 86 questions each, plus unlimited Core Module practice. There is no payment step.
How many questions are in each dMAT mock test?
Each mock has 86 questions: 20 Figure Sequences, 20 Mathematical Equations, 20 Latin Squares and 26 General Academic Module questions. The official dMAT publishes the Core Module counts, but it does not publish a fixed live question count for the General Academic Module.
Do I need an account to try the dMAT questions?
No account is needed for the two-question practice test. A free account is needed for unlimited Core practice and the two full mock tests so your work can be saved.
Are these official dMAT questions?
No. The questions are original practice material built from the official dMAT task descriptions and preparation guide. The official test is run by g.a.s.t. and the TestDaF Institute.
What sections are in the dMAT?
The Core Module has Figure Sequences, Mathematical Equations and Latin Squares, with 20 questions and 25 minutes for each section. Indian APS applicants then take the 90-minute General Academic Module.
Can I use a calculator or rough paper in the dMAT?
The official preparation material says notes are not allowed during the test. Our mock tests also do not allow a calculator or rough paper, so the practice conditions stay strict.
