What you need to apply for International Automotive Engineering (MSc) at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences
Proof of English language skills is for all applicants required, whose native or undergraduate studies is other than English.
As proof of your English language ability, you must submit one of the following certificates:
TOEFL with min. 92 score on the internet-based test or
TOEFL with min. 580 score on the paper-based test or
IELTS with min. 6.5 overall band score

Study applicants, who did not acquire their study qualification at a German-speaking university, have to prove their German language knowledge latest at the time of immatriculation (time of enrolment/ registration) at the AcUAS through a "Zertifikat Deutsch B1". Certificates from the Goethe-Institutes will be acknowledged from the admissions office without any further tests. Chinese Applicants need in a addition an APS Certificate.

Applicants, whose study qualification was achieved at a university outside the Bologna countries, must send a certified copy of the "Graduate Record Examination (GRE) - General Test" result before the application deadline. Application documents without GRE will not be processed. The minimum requirement for eligibility is 83% (named as "%below") in the quantitative part.
The prerequisite for admission to the Master's course of study is a completed university degree of minimum seven semesters (210 ECTS) in one of the following fields:
Bachelor's degree (BEng) from a degree programme in "Fahrzeug- und Antriebstechnik oder Maschinenbau" (Automotive and Drive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) with respective specialisations
Diplom degree (Dipl-Ing FH or TU/TH) from a degree programme in "Fahrzeug- und Antriebstechnik oder Maschinenbau" (Automotive and Drive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) with respective specialisations.

1.Based on the final grade of the first university degree or respectively the result of GRE-test (quantitative section) for international applicants, and achieved modules in the Bachelor's Course, the admissions for the Master's Programme will be given.
2.The enrollment needs to be done in person at the student registration office of AcUAS. The exact dates will be communicated in the admission letter.
3.Be aware that you will need to show the proof of payment of the Social Security Contribution (details), the proof of a student health insurance and your language certificates.
