3.Your complete documents (including all language certificates) and your application fee must be received by uni-assist by the application deadline for your degree program.
4. Please do not send documents to the university .
5. Uni-assist will inform you if your application has been forwarded to the university. The university will usually contact you within three weeks.
The uni-assist eV checks the completeness of your documents, determines your HZB (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung) and / or MZB (master entrance qualification) for the desired program, calculates HZB and MZB grades, checks your language requirements and documents any further components of your application. You will be informed regularly about your applicant status, the result of the test will be communicated to you.
If the result is positive, your application will be forwarded electronically to the university. Then the university will contact you and inform you about the decision regarding your application.
If your documents do not meet the formal admission requirements, you will also be informed and your documents will remain with uni-assist. If you want to study at our university, you will have to apply again, possibly with new evidence for the next semester or next year.
Your data is stored at uni-assist for four years. Your application documents will be kept for one year at uni-assist eV, they will generally not be returned.
After forwarding your application to our university, we still need about 3 weeks for the admission decision. Please do not send inquiries about the status of your application during this period. You will definitely receive information about the result of your application.
