2\. has knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as knowledge of English that corresponds to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and
3\. has not definitively failed an examination or lost their right to take the examination in a Master's, Magister, or Diploma program in Modern German Literature.
