has obtained a first degree from a German university in a Bachelor's program or in an equivalent degree program of at least three years at a German or foreign university that meets the qualifying requirements set out in paragraph 2, and
2\. has knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as knowledge of English that corresponds to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Only those who have completed at least three years of study at a German or foreign academic university with above-average success and have very good knowledge of German and English can be admitted to the M.A. programme in Gender Studies.
Furthermore, solid knowledge of gender-relevant issues and problems must be demonstrated, which was acquired either in the context of the previous degree programme or through practical professional experience in a gender-sensitive occupational field.
