2\. has knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as knowledge of English that corresponds to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and
3\. has knowledge of another modern foreign language that corresponds to at least level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, or has acquired the Latinum or has equivalent knowledge of Latin.
