Strategic Sustainability Management is a part-time Master's at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, for professionals and executives in business, non-profits and the public sector who want to act as change agents. You learn to develop sustainability strategically and embed it in your own organisation, combining scientific foundations with practical experience so you can start and guide sustainability transformation. The programme treats organisational sustainability as a strategic task and teaches key skills in sustainability and organisational change, encouraging holistic, interdisciplinary thinking and ethically grounded decisions. Over three semesters you study theory, methods and communication alongside a sustainability project in your own work, and the fourth semester is for your thesis. The first semester gives an overview of sustainability challenges, concepts and strategies. It is modular, so you can also take single certificate courses at Master's level.
