About the programme
ESCP Business School's MSc in Digital Project Management & Consulting is a 15-month, full-time programme worth 120 ECTS, including an internship and thesis, and taught in English. It prepares you to lead digital projects from start to finish, combining project management and consulting methods with real company projects. You learn to plan and run projects across teams and countries, apply consulting methods to complex business problems, manage risks and trade-offs, work with agile and hybrid methods, and understand how digital platforms, data and AI shape organisations. Study takes place across the Madrid and Berlin campuses, and you deepen your chosen track, Project Management or Consulting, in Berlin. Hands-on learning includes a Digital Consulting Project, live case studies and a business game. There is an international seminar with company visits, optional PMP or CAPM training, and an internship of at least four months anywhere in the world.

If you do not have an official English certificate obtained within the last 2 years, you will be invited to take the ESCP English Proficiency Test, which is completely online.
