An application fee of EUR 100 applies upon submitting your application. Your application will only be considered if the application fee has been paid.
We pursue a holistic approach in the admissions process. That means we check all applicants on an individual basis and take into consideration several aspects like academic achievements, test results, language skills, practical/international experience and performance in our interview. Once you submit your application we will review it and if it meets our requirements we will be in touch regarding the next steps of the process.
We encourage you to complete your application as early as possible as we are admitting students on a rolling basis, meaning the earlier you finish your application the quicker you will receive an answer.

What to prepare for your application to Master in Real Estate
Please prepare the following documents for the online application process:
CV or resume (English)
Copy of your Passport
Transcript and degree certificate(s) from previous university degree(s) (if not in English or German a certified translation is required)
GMAT/GRE results or register for our FS Online Admissions Test/BT Methods within the application
TOEFL/IELTS results (minimum 90 TOEFL iBT or minimum 7.0 IELTS)
Optional: recommendation letter(s) or any other documentation supporting professional experience or extracurricular activities, if applicable.
