Hamburg University of Technology (TU Hamburg - TUHH) Hamburg
The MSc Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) prepares you for senior roles in electrical engineering and IT and for independent research. It is full-time, takes 4 semesters and 120 ECTS, is taught in English with some specialisations possibly in German, and starts in April or October. The programme is academically oriented and teaches structured, interdisciplinary working methods. Its main content is closely linked to research at TUHH institutes: telecommunications, control and electric power systems, medical technology, microsystems and nanoelectronics, high-frequency technology, optics and electromagnetic compatibility, modelling and simulation, and wireless and sensor technology. This gives you chances to take part in research, for example in theses and seminar papers. You can specialise in different areas, and the degree qualifies you for a doctorate. A dual study variant is also possible.
