Social and Health Care Management MBA

Social and Health Care Management is a part-time MBA at Ravensburg-Weingarten University (RWU) that runs over five semesters and prepares you for leadership roles in the social and health care sector. It builds on a degree in social work, nursing, physical or occupational therapy or a similar field. Because you study alongside your job, you keep up with developments in your field and do not have to give up your income. Over the five semesters you earn 90 ECTS credits through attendance and self-study, with monthly lectures and seminars at the university together with lecturers and fellow students. Practical projects link scientific knowledge with the challenges of your own work, and you complete your studies with a master's thesis in the fifth semester. Coaching supports your personal development, and the programme has run for more than 20 years.
