LEVEL 2 - Examination of the documents

The initial examination of the online application refers to the completeness of the digitally submitted documents and the formal admission requirements . The Steinbeis-SMI examines the written application documents with regard to the academic and academic performance as well as the professional experience of the candidate. Our job is to put together a demanding and dedicated class - with students coming from all sectors of the industry.

LEVEL 3 - The Applicant Interview

After a positive examination of the written application, the third step follows: the invitation to the candidate interview (in person or by telephone).

In the candidate interview, the candidate is asked to explain his or her career , goals and motivation as well as their expectation of the program. Furthermore, his competencies department (industry knowledge, expertise) and social skills (communication skills, motivation) are examined.
