You can apply for your preliminary review documentation (VPD) at Uni-Assist and complete your FHWS online application for the master’s programme at the same time. As soon as you received your VPD, please upload it to the FHWS Application Portal. Your application will not be complete until the document has been received.
Please apply online. You can find all links and information regarding the online application portal on the pages of the Department of Student Affairs (HSST).
Please upload the application form and the attachments required therein to the THWS online application portal during the application process. The application form is a Microsoft Word document. However, it can be opened in “free” word processors such as OpenOffice or LibreOffice. If necessary, use one of these software packages to fill the form and create a pdf at the end.
It is of utmost importance to meet the general application deadlines of THWS, even if not all required documents are currently present. Applications received after the deadline will unfortunately not be considered!
Admission to studies is subject to the condition that the degree certificate containing the required degree grade is presented as proof within one semester after the start of studies.
Alternatively, a certificate of final pass with the final admission-relevant data is also sufficient. The confirmation must contain date, stamp, and signature of the issuing higher education institution. It is to be presented as an original or as certified copy at the dates mentioned.
In the case of a German Diplom degree or proof of a qualification recognized as being of equivalent value, ECTS credit points can be transferred into the master’s programme.
