Electronics Engineering

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, instrumentation, communication, avionics, or a related subject. German language skills are not a prerequisite.

3-semester variant: equivalent to a 7 semesters full-time degree programme (210 ECTS).

• The final grade of Bachelor's corresponds to a "good" or "very good" (2.5+) in German grading system.
• For international students, a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.00/4.00, 7.50/10.00, or an upper-first-class degree with distinction, or with a percentage greater than 70%, is indicative of meeting the grade requirement. The value of the VPD is a decisive factor.
• C1 level of English or certificate of TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent test for non-native speakers.
• In English-taught programmes, submit a university certificate confirming this.
• NO German language requirements
• References from two persons in education or industry qualified to evaluate your ability and potential for graduate work are desirable, but not mandatory.
• Visa applications take several months, and are submitted to a German Embassy or consulate.

• This is only for the cooperative variant: A contract for integrated work practice has been agreed with a company or public body. Hochschule Bremen has agreed to cooperate with the company or public body to put the degree programme into action.
