How to apply
What you need to apply for Double Master's Programme in Business Administration at University of Cologne
Applicants do not need to submit to English test certificate:
if they have completed a bachelor's degree or master's degree taught entirely in English or
in which they have completed a double bachelor degree
if they have a International Baccalaureat or
if they are native speakers.
All other students have to have their own language skills by submitting one of the following international language test certificates:
TOEFL iBT with at least 92 points or
IELTS with at least 6.5 or
Cambridge CAE (A, B or C) or CPE (A, B or C)
Completed bachelor's degree
Completed Bachelor's degree programme that corresponds to the subject of the selected Master's degree programme.
If you have not completed your bachelor's degree, you must have earned at least 80% of the credit points and have completed the outstanding courses by September 30 at the latest.
The subject-related and language admission requirements as well as the minimum grade must be fulfilled at the time of application.

1. at least 78 ECTS in the fields of Business Administration and Economics
2. - from this at least 48 ECTS in the field of Business Administration
3. - from this at least 18 ECTS in the field of Economics
4. at least 15 ECTS in the fields of Statistics and/or Mathematics (only modules with mathematical and/or statistical methodological skills; pure (software) application skills are not accepted)

Where an application for the Double Master's Programme is unsuccessful, it will automatically considered in the selection procedure for the standard M.Sc. in Business Administration at the University of Cologne, provided all entry requirements are fulfilled.
We can only include students to the Double Master's Programme who reach the minimum score and receive an admission to the regular programme in which the double degree option is integreated in. You can find details on how to calculate the score at the "Admission test & selection procedure" section on the application website of the M.Sc. Business Administration. To find out what has been the minimum score during the last two admission rounds, you can check the "Admission results" section in the FAQs & Admission Results.
