What you need to apply for E-Government at University of Koblenz-Landau
English language skills at level B2, demonstrated by one of the following at minimum:
a TOEFL result of 550 (paper-based) / 213 (computer-based) / 79-80 (Internet-based)
IELTS 6.5 points
English skills at level B2
Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science or information management or equivalent final examination with the grade "good" (at least 2.5) or better
Graduates with a grade of "satisfactory" can be admitted if a positive study prognosis can be assumed

Certificate of higher education entrance qualification ( only for countries where it is required for admission to a degree program )
University certificates / proof of study (if you have already studied) - degree certificate and transcript of records with an overview of subjects and grades
Bachelor's thesis, final project report or a larger scientific paper - upload sufficient ( only for M.Sc. Web & Data Science applications )
Language certificates of German or English skills *
APS certificate ( for applications from China, Mongolia, Vietnam and India )
officially certified translations of the above-mentioned documents if they were not issued in English or German
Copy of passport (uncertified copy is sufficient)
