In the field of applied process safety, admission is only possible for the winter semester. There are 25 places available.
The Product Development programme can be started in either the summer or winter semester. Here, too, 25 places are offered in both semesters. MOI German only-few modules in English
Prior technical knowledge: Bachelor's degree or other qualification
Proof of German language skills- B2
Graduates of undergraduate courses in Brewing and Beverage Technology, Nutrition and Supply Management, Food Management, Food Technology or equivalent courses, who are looking for a self-reliant and highly qualified occupation in the food industry and in the upstream and downstream industries as well as trade and service companies. The goal is also the acquisition of competencies to plan, conduct and assess research projects
