Create a new account once.

Immediately afterwards (after 5 minutes) you will receive the access data for your account via e-mail.

After receiving your access data you log on to the applicant portal.

Define your aspired degree, the current enrollment status and your applicant group and save this information by clicking the "Save" button.

Browse through the university's study offer by clicking on the button "Search in Study Program".

Choose your degree program and click on the "Apply" button.

Fill out the application form and upload documents.

Send your application by button "Submit" electronically to the university.

Please note that an application started within a certain application period - status Open - can only be sent within this application period.

Afterwards and with every processing progress of your application, you will receive an e-mail.

Depending on the progress of the application process, the Student Secretariat / International Admissions Office will provide you with PDF documents in your mailbox, which you can retrieve after logging into the portal under the button "My Documents".
