requirements:First degree in an economics degree program with 180 ECTS.
Alternatively at least 30 ECTS points from a psychology or psychology-related (e.g. business psychology, communication sciences) or economics subject area, of which at least 10 ECTS in quantitative, quantitative-methodological subjects. You do not necessarily need previous knowledge of (business) psychology.

What to prepare for your application to Psychology & Management
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A successfully completed Bachelor's degree (transcript of records) comprising at least 180 ECTS points (for the Fast Track option 210 ECTS points), or
An equivalent course of study at an university, university of applied sciences or a foreign university of equivalent level.
In addition to the general admission requirements, the following examination results must have been achieved in the first degree program:
Proof of at least 30 ECTS credits from a psychology or psychology-related (e.g. business psychology, communication sciences) or economics subject area. Of these, at least 10 ECTS credits must have been earned in quantitative, quantitative-methodological subjects (e.g. empirical social or market research, statistics, business mathematics, decision calculation, scientific methods, econometrics).
You do not need any prior knowledge of (business) psychology. Missing subject-specific ECTS from the Bachelor's degree program can be replaced by subject-specific internships or subject-specific professional experience. Subject-specific activities are considered to be in the following areas:
Marketing
Market research
Human resources
Consulting/Coaching.

We have no fixed applications deadlines here at ISM, but we kindly ask international applicants who require a visa for studying in Germany to submit their application documents by July 15th of the same year.July 15th for all programs starting in the fall term
December 15th for all programs starting in the spring term of the next year
