The admission requirement for the Master's degree program in Global Business Development is a degree in economics with at least an overall rating of "good" or an equivalent diploma or bachelor's degree program with at least 210 ECTS. What to prepare for your application to Global Business Development
Yes, as an international student, you need to apply through uni-assist. Here are the steps you should follow:
Bachelor Applicants: You need a university entrance qualification recognized in Germany. More information can be found here.
Master Applicants: You need a Bachelor's degree recognized in Germany.
In both cases, the verification is done through uni-assist. You should register early on their website and choose the VPD procedure. The processing takes about 6 weeks. Submit your certificate as a certified copy. After processing, you will receive a 'Pre-Examination Documentation (VPD)' from uni-assist, which you need to send to the Department of Studies at Kempten University by July 31st (for winter semester) or January 15th (for summer semester).
Note for applicants from China, Vietnam, or Mongolia: In addition to the certificate, please also submit the APS certificate in the original to uni-assist.

Proof of a stay of at least three months in a foreign-language country that does not serve a tourist purpose
Basic knowledge of the German language (level at least A1) must be proven within the first year of study at the latest
