Prerequisites
1. Completed studies in economics or social sciences or another previous suitable course of study with at least 180 credit points. The selection committee decides whether a course of study is suitable for the subject.
2. Applicants must provide proof of English language skills of at least level B2 at the time of application. In addition, foreign applicants must provide proof of German language skills of at least level A1.
3. Recognised university degree:
- Applicants must have a recognized bachelor's degree in economics, social sciences or a related field with at least 180 ECTS credits.

- If you have not yet completed your Bachelor's degree programme by the application deadline, you can still apply for the Master's programme. However, at the time of your application, you must have achieved at least 80% of the required credit points for your Bachelor's programme. In this case, please attach the following to your application: an official and current Transcript of Records, your current, provisional average grade. This grade will be used to evaluate your application during the selection process, regardless of whether your final grade later differs from the provisional grade.

If you have not completed your bachelor's degree by the application deadline (July 15th of each year), you can still apply for the master's program. However, you must have completed at least 80% of the required credits of your bachelor's degree at the time of your application. In this case, please attach the following to your application
- an official and current transcript of records that shows all your completed courses including grades
- the total number of credits of your bachelor's degree program
- the percentage of credits you have completed at the time of your application

Foreign degrees: The documents must be translated into English or German. They should show the grading system of your university and ideally have an average grade calculated.
