What you need to apply for Biophysics at Ulm University
Proof of an adequate command of English at level B2 level of CEFR (Common European Framework Reference for Languages).
Applicants who are English native speakers don't have to submit any English test result.

Be willing to acquire a basic knowledge of German. German courses are part of the curriculum.
Bachelor's degree or at least equivalent degree at the level of at least three years of study at a university, university of applied sciences, dual university or at a recognized foreign university in the course of study in biophysics, physics, economic physics, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular medicine, biology or biotechnology or in a subject-related or subject-specific course with examination results that are proven by one of points 1 to 3
Bachelor's degree with an overall grade of 2.5 or better,
if you do not have a degree yet, proof of examination performance with an average grade of 2.5 or better
Applicants with a final grade of 3.0 or better or an average grade of 3.0 or better must prove their suitability in a selection interview.

Evidence of basic skills in the fields of mathematics and experimental physics.
Letter of motivation: a written report of no more than two pages (in English), which, in addition to the external quality, contains a convincing declaration of interest in the master's program and a description of the special suitability and motivation for this program and the expectations for the personal and professional future.
Academic career: evidenced by certificates and other documents, evidence of professional training and/or practical activities as well as previous studies that can provide particular information about suitability for the course

If you have a university degree from China, India or Vietnam: APS certificate or APS confirmation
If you do not yet have an APS certificate from India, please upload proof of your application.
In the case of a foreign university degree: grading scale for the degree program stating the lowest passing grade and maximum grade for the university degree, to be verified on the bachelor’s certificate/bachelor’s certificate or on an official document from the university.
If the evidence and documents to be submitted are not in German or English, an official translation into German or English is also required
